Title Boxing Super Speed Bag, Green, 4″ x 7″ – Overview

The 4″ x 7″ is the smallest of all the Title Boxing Super Speed Bags. Its lack of weight feels like you are punching nothing. It gives you less resistance. There is a tendency for you to go too fast, making it hard to keep up, causing you to mess up. But going fast is also fun for an occasional challenge as it is easier on hands and joints.

It is too small, so you have to be precise with your hitting, which can somehow help you with coordination and focus. It does not have the classic teardrop, and you have to have discipline keeping things in check when using it.

The 4" x 7" size is small and light. Not only that, it’s short too – so the arc it swings in is very minimal. Combine all those things and you’ve got a speed bag you can punch really fast – but it feels like punching air – compared to the bigger bags here.

Title Boxing Super Speed Bag, Yellow, 5″ x 8″ – Overview

5″ x 8″ is a little bigger but still a lightweight speed bag that requires precision on your part. This size is my main bag, and I love doing fist roll with it as I can do faster punches. It can be a better way to maintain longevity in training.

It has a short arc, so it easy to get it going quickly but with a smaller target. You have to be more precise when you are hitting on the same spot every time. It also feels like less wear and tear on joints as less force is required.

This 5&quot x 8&quot size is very fast too – but heavier and rounder – so it’s got an energetic rebound. This is my favorite speed bag – not too big so it’s easier on your joints, but small enough to be a challenge.

Title Boxing Super Speed Bag, Red, 6″ x 9″ – Overview

9″ x 6″ is a medium weight speed bag and has enough weight to give you some resistance. Since it has an average size, hitting it is still very easy. It has an overall right combination of size and weight.

The short-range of movement means the bag will bounce quickly, challenging you to time your hits respectively. You don’t have to put so much force when using this bag, and it is also not too small for a target. If you pass the beginner phase, you don’t need a 10″ x 7″. 9″ x 6″ is ideal for you.

Next size is 6×9 – it’s taller, so a bit slower and heavier, so it requires more force. Most people probably will be happy with this bag as their mainstay speed bag.

Title Boxing Super Speed Bag, Black, 7″ x 10″ – Overview

This one is, of course, is heavier than 6″ x 9″ and provides a big target. Because it is heavy, you do slower work, but it has a longer arc that gives you an excellent muscular workout. This is a fairly big bag and a good beginner size.

It moves slow enough so you can concentrate on your technique and get enough time to get into position. Though it is an excellent beginner size, I think it’s too much mass that requires too much effort to be the main speed bag. But this is an ideal place to start.

For a rank beginner this might be your best starting point – the 7" x 10&quot size is big and slow – and very easy to punch as your are learning the ropes. That said, it’s so big you aren’t going to be able to hit super speed levels with it – once you get to be experienced.

If you want to work on your punching power, this is a good bag too.

Title Boxing Super Speed Bag, Yellow/Black, 8″ x 11″ – Overview

8″ x 11″ is big and bulky and makes you work even slower than 7″ x 10″. The arc is longer and takes more force to change the direction of the bag. It is also noisier and makes the platform bounce a lot.

The bigger size enables you to achieve the technique and the rhythm before getting to the difficulty of a smaller bag. It will make your joints wear and tear so much. In my opinion, it is excellent for collecting signatures but not so great for punching.

Title Boxing Super Speed Bag, Blue, 10″ x 12″ – Overview

We didn’t test this one – it’s just too large. But we can make some predictions based on the other bag sizes.

10″ x 12″ is the biggest and will make you work the hardest. It runs slower but will be easier to target – how could you miss? It’s gigantic!

When you are just starting, getting a more oversized speed bag is a good idea as a small-sized speed bag is harder to hit. But since this is heavier, it demands more strength, and with that, more muscle work to keep it rolling.

Best Speed Bag Size – In Summary

That’s our review of the SuperSpeed Bags from Title Boxing.

Speed Bags need steady focus and discipline to prevent outside distractions and focus on the duty at hand. The most fitting size for you depends on what you prefer to punch. A smaller bag helps improve greater hand speed and requires greater concentration. But if you want to have a large target, consume more effort, and grow stronger shoulders, you should pick a larger bag. The bigger bag demands more power to hit and keep it rolling.

For most people a 6" x 9" or 5" x 8" are going to be the most versatile size of speed bag.
